1. Slowly look to your left and right. Make sure that you rotate the neck from side to side equally.
2. Look straight ahead, tuck your chin back towards your neck. Hold the position for 10 seconds and return back to the original position.
3. Slowly lift your neck up facing the roof and then look down facing the ground and hold each position for 5 seconds.
