Saurabh is the Clinic Manager at Care2Cure and a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario with an extensive background in treatment and rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Saurabh Garg has been in the physiotherapy industry since 2004 and He has completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy specialized in Orthopaedic in 2008. His drive for constant improvement, education, experience, and an analytical mind, sets Saurabh apart. He has also written book on the Upper and Lower Limb Fractures (Essentials of Orthopysiotherapy for Upper and Lower Limb Fractures) and is a big believer of treating the root cause of problem. His vision is to provide quality care by understanding patient’s goals.
Saurabh possesses an avid interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, spinal conditions and sports physiotherapy and enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
His special interests include trigger point therapy, joint stiffness and mobilization, arthritis, ankle sprains and strains, calf and hamstring pain, tendon rehab, post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation, shin splints, stretching, low back pain, bulged disc, neck pain, headache and migraine treatment , ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, pelvis, hip, groin and knee rehab, bursitis, tennis or golfer elbow treatment, shoulder injuries and pain, inflammation reduction, dry needling, shoulder impingement, bursitis, lower limb biomechanics –pelvis, hip, groin, knee and ankle, functional training, strapping and taping, pregnancy, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, kids and teenage musculoskeletal physio, improved balance and core muscle control, vertigo and dizziness as well as looking specifically at biomechanics in sports such as golf, cycling, running, athletics, resistance training, football and soccer. Saurabh can assist you with individual and targeted gym programmes.
Saurabh takes a holistic approach to his patients, assisting them with their day to day health and wellness journey. Outside of work, his interests include painting, Poetry, music, cycling, active travel adventures as well as local and international community mindedness.
Saurabh Garg is invested in providing high quality care to clients. He believes understanding the client needs and problems and using Hands on/ Manual approach and functional movement exercises are most important in improving their condition to the fullest.
His approach to helping people is to work with them to regain their movement, improve their well being and reach their functional fitness goals with hands on physiotherapy, posture and movement education as well as individual exercise prescription.

Physiotherapist graduated from Mangalore University India in 1998 with a degree in Physiotherapy, My experience spans for 6 years in hospitals and private clinic, with diverse clientele of all ages in the field of Orthopedics and Neurological rehabilitation. I have a vast knowledge in sport and soft tissue injuries, post surgical treatment and rehabilitation. Throughout my education I was exposed to the impacts of chronic and acute conditions have on every day life, due to which I am well equipped with the skill set needed to handle a variety of injuries. I will take a postural and functional approach to your care and induce short term relief with long lasting results.
Anil is a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario with an extensive experience in complex orthopaedic rehabilitation in both a hospital and a community setting.
An early interest in fitness and health lead him to focus his studies in the field of physiotherapy. Anil graduated from Maharashtra university of Health Sciences India in 2005 with a degree in Physiotherapy. After Graduation he worked in different Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Home for 8 years before moving to Canada. He has extensive experience in Neurology, Orthopedics, Cardio-Respiratory, Post-surgical Rehab, Sports Injury, Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Rehabilitation. He believes in treating the root cause of any injury which gives long lasting results.
Passionate about physical fitness and education, Anil’s treatment philosophy involves teaching his patients about their conditions and preparing individualized, one-on-one treatment strategies. His treatments include exercise prescription, soft tissue mobilization techniques, manual therapy, Mulligan Techniques, Mc Kenzie Techniques, Ergonomic advice, Postural correction etc for achieving Clients Goals. He truly enjoys connecting with his patients and helping them to recover from injury and get back to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic He enjoys his time being active with his family by biking, hiking and playing badminton.
Registered Massage Therapist
Following a life-changing year in Europe, Susan knew that a desk job was not in her future. She completed her B.A. at the University of Guelph, briefly contemplated joining the Peace Corps, but opted instead to study Massage Therapy at the D’Arcy Lane Institute in London. Susan has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO since 1999. Her treatments combine aspects of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Work, and Yoga.
Susan learned to swim before she could walk. She grew up dancing and was a rower in high school. In her 20s, Susan noticed the strong correlation between her mood and regular exercise. While pregnant with her son, Susan discovered the healing power of yoga. In 2008, she deepened her practice through Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Rama Lotus. The mindful breath and active poses that assisted Susan through childbirth would unknowingly prepare her for many challenges to come.
Susan has treated individuals with a wide range of health conditions including competitive athletes, pregnant women, members of the military, seniors, medically fragile children, and people with chronic pain, depression and anxiety. After her son successfully battled Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at CHEO, Susan studied Palliative Massage at Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC. Susan’s strength, compassion, and sense of humour help clients to unwind physically and emotionally. Health and well-being has been my primary interest for most of my life. Massage is a natural way to reduce stress and loosen muscle tensions. It also ease up any tension on your body and encourage blood flow to area making you feel better. My career began immediately after my graduation. I am member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. I take great pride in improving my client’s health. I also coach and educate self-care and remedial exercises. I can provide either a general relaxation or therapeutic massage. With a general or therapeutic massage, the increased blood flow to the muscles is always a health benefit. I find my career as a Massage Therapist rewarding as I see the health and mobility improvement of the people I treated.
Aayushi graduated from Manipal University as Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 and further successfully pursued specialisation in Neuromuscular Physiotherapy and post-graduated in 2012. Her commitment to her profession and self-dedication made her successful in her career and soon she became a clinical director of a renowned physiotherapy clinic in India.
After immigrated to Canada in 2014 Aayushi started working as a physiotherapy assistant in clinics and retirement homes in Ottawa.
Having passion in studying management, inspired her to pursue further education in Human Resource Management from Algonquin College. After graduating, Aayushi worked as an administrator, utilising the managing skills as acquired.
Her working career both in Canada and India has always been in a health and management environment, so she really enjoys to be part of a team of caring professionals who put people and their well-being first.
According to Aayushi she will be the first point of contact for the patients and she would like to make them feel as welcoming as possible and put them at their ease. She believes in building relationships and trust by providing excellent service.
Aayushi’s job as Office Manager at Care2Cure Physiotherapy is to help and solve any queries about the services offered. She always puts patients first and puts herself in their shoes and goes above and beyond to provide the excellent quality service.
Care2Cure Director, Deepti comes with an extensive background in Banking, Finance, Retail management and Customer service. Her deep passion for helping people has made her achieve success in all her roles. She is passionate about the quality of service what her client receives. With a boldly optimistic attitude and a careful eye for detail, she ensures each and every person who comes into contact with Care2Cure Physiotherapy is attended immediately, is listened to, and is been taken care of their needs in an efficient manner. She is always committed to provide the best possible service, as she is aware that the ultimate goal is the health and well-being of each client. It’s no wonder that Deepti finds herself in the Care2Cure team because she knows and loves sharing with others what physiotherapy can do for one’s overall foundation in life.

Nagwa is very compassionate, empathetic, highly motivated, and active person and want to dedicate her life to serve people. She is a good listener and enjoy helping others. She graduated with degree in Physiotherapy from Libya and gained an experience of many years in caring and assisting people and inspired them to enhance their abilities in order to lead a comfortable daily life.
In spare time she enjoys spending time with family going swimming and skating .She also loves cooking , reading, and studying languages.
Sara is our friendly voice which is usually heard when calling Care2Cure Physiotherapy Clinic at Barrhaven location. She is very passionate about customer service and strives to create great relationships with every patient that comes through the clinic door.
Sara started her career path in Advanced Pre-Health science and Early Childhood Education at Algonquin College. When Sara is not at work she loves to be outdoors. Her personal interests include Yoga, travelling, movies, reading and music.

Registered Yoga Therapist
Nidhi is an Operations Manager and registered Yoga Therapist (Canadian Alliance of Yoga CYA-YT) at Care2Cure. She has an extensive experience in Physical Therapy, Naturopathy, Advanced Reflexology and other wellness specialties. She also has management skills to coordinate clinic operations, as well as providing assistance to physiotherapy patients. She offers therapeutic yoga classes and wellness workshops specific to the needs of patients at Care2Cure. She completed “Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga” in 2003 and “Degree in Physiotherapy” in 2009. She started her practice in India as a Physiotherapist then her passion and continued interest in wellness took her to the United States of America, where she became Member of Council on Exercise Therapy to work with LA Fitness. During her career growth, she also became part of Jaypee Group and Resorts in 2013 as a Therapeutic Yoga Trainer.
Over the years of experience her dedication to integrate holistic approach to empower individuals have increased, where she has created sustainable treatments for diverse clientele. She practices modified Yoga poses and advocate its practice to integrate in modern healthcare system. And she is known forher “Pain Care Yoga Treatment” and has helped multiple clients nationally and internationally. In addition to her many skills as a healthcare practitioner, Nidhi is also an accomplished cook, passionate about trying new vegetarian recipes and spending quality time with family and friends.
Nidhi believes that meaningful connections, spending time for social cause and sharing joy can be powerful contributors to healing and well-being.
Nadia is a first-year student studying biomedical science at the University of Ottawa. She always been interested in kinesiology and have a passion for helping others. Aside from this, She work as a musical
theater assistant and enjoy the theatrical arts. She is a very outgoing person and love meeting new people. Her hobbies include music, working out, travelling and singing.
Elizabeth Langfried is a licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Lyceum Northwestern University in the Philippines. She continued her studies in Ryerson University, Toronto in 2010. She worked in private clinics and Long Term Care facilities in Toronto, and various hospitals overseas. She continues to pursue training in Acupuncture to further strengthen her clinical skills. Elizabeth provides treatments that emphasize education, exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, splinting/bracing, ergonomics and others. She believes that establishing good communication with her clients is one of the keys to helping them achieve successful outcomes.
